Heritage Regals ("we", "us", or "our") operates a spider lineage and ownership tracking platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
You sign in with Google, or with a one-time link we email you. With Google, we receive your name, email address, and account ID from Google. With an email link, we keep your email address.
If you adopt without signing in, we keep the email, name, phone number and shipping address you give at checkout with your order. We use them to ship your spider, send your receipt and the link to add it to My Regals, and contact you about the shipment. A random number saved in your browser holds your cart while you shop.
We store the activation codes you claim and associate them with your account.
We may log basic activity such as login times and page visits for security and debugging purposes. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and clicks on a few buttons, such as Add to Cart and Pay. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and cannot identify you.

We use Google OAuth 2.0 to allow you to sign in with your Google account. When you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. We do not receive your Google password.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Spider ownership records may be visible to other registered users as part of lineage tracking features.
We do not share your personal data with advertisers or analytics providers.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below and we will process your request within 30 days.
We do not store passwords. You sign in with Google, or with a link we email you that works once and expires after 15 minutes; we keep only a scrambled copy of it. Authentication tokens are signed and expire. We use HTTPS in production to encrypt data in transit.
